Ingredients include sugar, baked coarse peanuts, spices (chilli, turmeric, cumin, mustard, coriander, lemongrass, onion, kaffir lime leaves), maltodextrin, salt, dextrose, thickener (starch acetate, hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate), hydrolysed vegetable protein (soybean, maize), flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate (E621)), anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), and acidity regulator (malic acid).

Instructions for Use

1. Mix the contents of packet A with approximately 60 ml coconut milk and marinate 500g of chicken strips for 1 hour.
2. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill until cooked through.
3. For the satay sauce, mix packet B with approximately 180 ml coconut milk and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes until the oil separates.
4. Optional: prepare cucumber salad by mixing vinegar, sugar, and salt, then pouring over sliced cucumber, chilli, and shallots. Serve alongside the satay.
