Instructions for Use
- Stir-fry 50g of Yellow Curry Paste in 1 tablespoon of soybean oil.
- Add 1 cup (240ml) of coconut milk and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add 200g of meat and ½ cup (120ml) coconut milk.
- Add 100g cubed potatoes, 50g onion and ½ cup (120ml) water.
- Simmer until the meat and vegetables are cooked through.
- Add sugar to taste and serve.
Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a reasonable period.
