Instructions for Use
Blend 1 pack of curry paste with approximately 1 kg of your preferred meat and 500 ml of water. Add around 200 g of peeled shallots and 100 g of peeled garlic. Simmer until the meat is tender and fully cooked. Adjust seasoning with fish sauce or soy sauce, sugar, and tamarind paste to taste.
