Product Description & Ingredients
This seasoning mix is used to prepare Thai-style roast red pork (Char Siu), delivering a sweet and aromatic flavour with a distinctive red colour. It is ideal for marinating pork before roasting or grilling.
Ingredients include sugar, salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soybean, maize), maltodextrin, star anise powder, cinnamon powder, anti-caking agent (E341(iii)), colour (paprika extract (E160c)), and natural flavouring.
Allergens: Contains soybean.

Instructions for Use

1. Dissolve the contents of the packet with approximately 240 ml of water.
2. Marinate 1.5 kg of pork (cut into long strips) with the mixture for 2–3 hours.
3. Roast in an oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Alternatively, grill over charcoal for a more traditional flavour.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep sealed after opening and protect from moisture.
