This authentic Thai red curry paste is ideal for creating rich and aromatic Thai dishes such as Kaeng Ped (red curry). It delivers a balanced blend of spicy, savoury, and fragrant flavours, perfect for cooking with chicken, beef, or vegetables.

Ingredients include chilli, lemongrass, garlic, salt, galangal, shallot, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), kaffir lime peel, and cumin powder.

Instructions for Use
