Ingredients include sugar, roasted peanut (17%), tamarind paste (10%), shallot, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), tomato paste, garlic, refined soybean oil, distilled vinegar, salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), and chilli oleoresin.
Allergens: Contains peanuts, fish, and anchovy. May contain shrimp, crab, and molluscs.

Instructions for Use

1. Prepare noodles (e.g. rice sticks or vermicelli) according to instructions.
2. Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimp and diced tofu if desired.

4. Add bean sprouts and chives, cook briefly, and serve. Garnish with additional roasted peanuts if desired.
