This seasoning mix is used to prepare traditional Thai dishes such as Laab and Nam Tok, known for their distinctive balance of savoury, tangy, and mildly spicy flavours. It is suitable for use with minced or sliced meat including pork, chicken, or beef, allowing convenient preparation of authentic Thai-style meat salads at home.

Ingredients
Roasted glutinous rice flour (43%), salt (18%), chilli powder (11%), sugar (8%), flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5’-ribonucleotide), spices (garlic, coriander, lemongrass) (5%), fish sauce powder (fish), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural lime flavour.
Allergens: Contains fish and soybean. May also contain crustaceans and molluscs.

Instructions for Use
