Product Description & Ingredients
This seasoning paste is used to prepare the popular Thai stir-fry dish Pad Ka Prao (holy basil stir-fry), offering a bold, savoury, and slightly spicy flavour. It is ideal for cooking with minced or sliced meat such as chicken, pork, or beef.
Ingredients include chilli (25%), holy basil leaves (15%), soy sauce (soybean, wheat, salt), garlic, onion, sugar, soybean oil, salt, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), thickener (hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate), hydrolysed vegetable protein (corn, yeast extract), and flavouring.
Allergens: Contains soybean, wheat (gluten), and fish (anchovy). May contain molluscs and crustaceans.

Instructions for Use

1. Slice or chop approximately 250g of meat (chicken, pork, or beef).
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan.
3. Add the meat and stir-fry until nearly cooked.
4. Add the contents of the packet with a small amount of water (about 1 tablespoon).
5. Stir-fry until fully cooked and serve hot, ideally with steamed rice.

Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep sealed and use promptly.
