This batter mix is used to prepare crispy Thai-style banana fritters (“Kluay Kaak”), delivering a light, crunchy coating with a subtly sweet and nutty flavour.
Ingredients include flour (rice, wheat, corn), sugar, shredded coconut, sesame, peanut, salt, and leavening agents (E450(i), E500(ii)).
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), peanut, and sesame. May also contain soybean.

Instructions for Use

1. Dissolve the contents of the packet with 6 tablespoons (70–80 ml) of cold water and mix thoroughly.
2. Prepare approximately 4 under-ripe bananas, slicing each lengthwise.
3. Heat about 120 ml of vegetable oil to medium heat (approximately 175°C).
4. Coat the banana pieces in the batter and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
